Job Description
a) Lead the Finance department and ensure smooth operation of the finance function, including timely and accurate closing of financial accounts.

b) Ensure adequate internal controls are established and procedures implemented to safeguard and protect the company’s assets.

c) Implement accounting policies in compliance with the corporate and regional policies, as well as statutory requirements.

d) Prepare Periodic financial accounts, plans, budgets and forecasts, including regional consolidation.

e) Handle all financial matters of the company including financial reporting, banking, auditing and taxation issues, budget and forecast reviews.

f) Appraise, analyze and interpret operating results of business units, making recommendations for corrective actions for improvement of results by cost reductions, cash flow and profitability improvements, productivity and business growth.

g) Participate in monthly operations review and highlight critical financial issues to the business managers.

h) Conduct credit review, manage accounts receivable and initiate actions as necessary.

i) Work closely with regional HQ's to ensure SOX compliance and smooth running of financial processes.

j) Lead and coordinate the implementation of management information systems.

Desired Candidate Profile
A Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing and financial management. Operational finance in MNCs with supervisory experience; excellent Leadership & communication skills and Analytical mindset; capable mentoring abilities and business sense.



Candidates prefered from Services Organisation with Sox compliance experience.
