One of our valued clients, a leading International Call Center is looking out for smart, young and energetic individual for the role of an Assistant Manager-Employee Relations for their centers based in Mumbai.
Desired Candidate Profile
Post Graduate/MBA in the HR discipline preferably.

More than a year’s experience in handling ER activities as an Assistant Manager or at least 2 years as a Sr. Executive in the International/Domestic BPO industry.

High motivation/energy levels.
