Role Definition

Team Leader Operation is responsible for overall management of the process(s) at Aegis BPO Services Ltd. He/She is responsible for meeting client deliverables and managing team performance. The Operations Team Leader is responsible for the functional areas of Service delivery, quality metrics, client management & people management

Key Responsibility Areas

Service Management / Sales Management

• Supervises and support team members to ensure that customer service is consistent with or exceeds client’s quality service standards.

• Assists in implementing the process service plan;

• Bring continuous improvement in process management and team performance

• Has good understanding on call arrival patterns,

• Assist Manager in supervisory functions.

• Maintaining MIS reports as per client’s requirements

Leadership/Teamwork

• Monitor team performance.

• Help team in executing the goals assigned

• Provides recognition to team members
